Auckland Students Get Chance to Experience Science
Auckland, 5 July - From testing taste buds to creating computer games, an exciting school holiday programme is giving Auckland students the chance to experience science, technology and innovation first hand.

The 14 hands-on workshops from 6-8 July at Unitec New Zealand, MIT, and AUT's Auckland campuses give students the opportunity to take part in a range of activities, from creating personalised computer games or evaluating the tastes of potential food crops, to experimenting with the chemical transformations of elements or investigating human anatomy and physiology using specialised medical equipment.
Other courses include: Electronic Engineering, Food Technology, Boat Design, Applied Maths, CAD for Construction, Fresh Water Ecology, Haematology, Marine Ecology, and Structural Engineering.
