Quick – we need more movies – fatso.co.nz goes Fast Post

In recognition of unprecedented regional growth, www.fatso.co.nz announces that effective 9 December 2004 DVDs will be delivered overnight by Fast Post to all areas outside of Auckland.

“Customer numbers are currently well ahead of our expectations and we are seeing strong growth outside of the main centers” says Rob Berman, Managing Director, Westside Media Ltd.

“We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and recognised that delivery times to regional areas was an area of the business that could be improved. In the main we have been able to achieve a very quick turn around time for our DVD delivery service and now.by embracing the Fast Post service we can ensure overnight delivery to all of our customers irrespective of what part of the country they live in.” Says Berman.

“Fatso.co.nz continues to lead the online rental market. Essentially we are the specialists in online DVD rental. We are the only service with inhouse reviewers (Steven Gray and Aaron Yap), our huge range of movie titles is well ahead of the competition, and our recently announced marketing partnership with Hell Pizza, positions us well to continue leading the market, not just in product choice but also in service delivery.” Says Berman.

Look out for many more exciting initiatives in 2005.

Merry Xmas from all the team at www.fatso.co.nz
