include tax policy formulation, revenue forecasting,
and tax administration. Although he has traveled much
on tax related programs his visits have been mainly in
Asia and the South Pacific area. An opportunity to
visit the US and participate in a MRP on U.S. Financial
System would provide him with new ideas and an
understanding of the U.S. scene.
