2. (SBU) Per Reftel, Mission has conveyed the points on
strengthening the Treaty on the Nonproliferation of
Nuclear Weapons (NPT) to the Sri Lankan Government in
light of North Korea's decision to withdraw from the
treaty. The GSL has not yet responded to the points.
