2. (SBU) Per Reftels, Mission conveyed on March 22 the
talking points on not interrupting the Commission on
Human Rights (CHR) for a special sitting on Iraq to the
Sri Lankan government. The GSL has not yet replied to
our points, but we expect it to be sympathetic to this
request.
