Embassy passed reftel objectives and talking points to Bader
Humaidhi, Director General of the Kuwait Fund for Arab
Economic Development (KFAED). Kuwait will be represented at
the Forum by Hisham Al-Waqayan, KFAED Deputy Director General
for Operations and Disbursement. As Al-Waqayan had already
departed Kuwait for Brussels, Embassy requested the papers be
passed to him in Brussels.
