SUBJECT: Mission deploys points re in-kind offers of
humanitarian assistance for Iraq

(U) Per Reftel, Mission conveyed on April 10 the points
on in-kind offers of humanitarian assistance for Iraq to
the Sri Lankan and Maldivian governments. As of yet,
neither government has made any in-kind offers as far as
we know, but we thought it important that they have our
points on this issue.
