Per Reftels, Mission has conveyed the talking points
regarding the International Code of Conduct Against
Ballistic Missiles Proliferation -- encouraging
additional countries to subscribe -- to the Maldivian
government. The Maldivians have not gotten back to us
with comments as of yet. Mission will forward any
comments as soon as available.
