1. (U) Turkish MFA UN Head Kaya submitted final high-level
attendance list for the Turkish delegation to the 58th UNGA.
Per ref (A) format:


C. (Updated information) Minister of Foreign Affairs and
Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul will depart Istanbul on TK
0001 at 11:35 and arrive New York Kennedy Airport Sunday,
September 21 at 15:35. Gul will depart Sunday, September 28
from New York Kennedy to Brussels on DL 140 at 19:55.


D. (Updated information) Attendance of other VIPs:


--Alev Kilic, Ambassador, Deputy Undersecretary (Economics);


--Volkan Bozkir, Ambassador, Undersecretary (European Union);
