The Embassy received a fax message from the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs 11 September requesting assistance to
transport two busses of Turks traveling to Iraq to attend the
Third Turkoman General Assembly, which is being held in
Kirkuk, 13-16 September. They are requesting appropriate
security measures be provided for the group that will travel
through Iraq and enabling their swift and safe transit to
Kirkuk. Below is a list of names of the bus drivers, license
numbers of the buses, and passengers.
