Narcotics Bureau

Per Reftel, the Ambassador and Pujith Jayasundara,
Director of the Sri Lanka Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB),
signed an amendment to the PNB Letter of Agreement for
additional funding of USD 250,000 on September 16, 2003.
The amendment provides for additional assistance to the
PNB for the training and managerial assistance project
sponsored by the U.S. Justice Department. The signed
amendment has been sent by pouch to INL/AAE.
