Per Reftel, Mission delivered the requested dipnote
regarding candidacy of Ralph Boyd for the UN Committee
on the Elimination of all Forms of Racial Discrimination
to the governments of Sri Lanka and the Maldives on
November 6, 2003. As of yet, we have had no response
from either government.
