1. By dipnote number 23360 dated 14 December 2003, MFA has
confirmed that "the concerned authorities in the Ministry of
Interior have no objection to issuance of visas to enter the
country to bearers of these passports" (i.e. Iraqi diplomatic
and service passports that meet the conditions spelled out
reftel).

2. Baghdad minimize considered.
