1. (U) PolOff delivered reftel points May 9 to Manar Dabbas,
Acting Deputy Director of the Foreign Minister's Private
Office. Dabbas said he understood the importance of this
matter to the U.S. and promised to immediately forward the
information to Foreign Minister Muasher at the Arab League
Foreign Ministers meeting in Cairo.
