1. PolOff delivered reftel demarche on May 18 to Arnout
Wegerif, Deputy Head of the MFA's Gulf States Division.
Wegerif was appreciative for the information and will advise
others within his ministry. He did not provide any
substantive comment. The GoNL maintains an Embassy in
Baghdad.
