SUBJECT: TURKISH PROPOSAL FOR EXBS AGREEMENT


This is an action request. Embassy Ankara received May 27 a
dip note transmitting the GOT's latest proposal for an EXBS
MOU. The attached proposed text was faxed to NP/ECC.
Embassy requests the Department's review of the attachment
faxed to NP/ECC so that we may respond to the GOT soonest.
