1. Embassy communicated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(MFA) regarding the change in date to June 6 for bunkering of
the State University of New York (Suny) Maritime College
Training Ship Empire State in Ceuta.

2. Embassy received a response June 2 from the MFA. An
informal translation follows:

This is to communicate that there is no problem in
changing the date for bunkering in Ceuta of the referenced
ship (T.S. Empire State) to June 6, 2004.
