WITH MOROCCAN NATIONAL OUALI, FILALI, DPOB: FEB. 15,
1976, TANGIERS, MOROCCO, HOLDER OF SPANISH FOREIGNERS
IDENTIFICATION CARD NUMBER X04583773. OUALI'S LAST
KNOWN RESIDENCE WAS CALLE MARQUES DE SANT MORI, 106,
FLOOR 4, APARTMENT 4A, BADALONA, BARCELONA, SPAIN. THE
SPANISH POLICE CONTINUE THEIR INVESTIGATION OF THE
