received instructions from the Iraqi Foreign Ministry
on July 2 detailing visa issuance procedures (per
reftel). The first visa applications are being
processed under the new visa regime, Iraqi Embassy
Counselor Abdul Razzaq Ahmed told Polchief July 4.
