POLITICAL, SECURITY, HUMAN RIGHTS

Milliyet, Zaman / Van Governor Hikmet Tan stated that Friday's
bomb attack could be Al-Qaeda or Hizbullah's work, but some
clues show that it could be PKK/KONGRA-GEL's work, too. Tan
also stated that he started to use an armored vehicle weighing 2
tons.
