1. POST WISHES TO SUBMIT AND/OR UPDATE THE FOLLOWING
NAMES AND INFORMATION TO CLASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH VIPER
PROCEDURES:

2. ON JULY 14, 2004, FRENCH POLICE ARRESTED TWO
SUSPECTED MEMBERS OF THE TERRORIST ORGANIZATION ETA.
THE POLICE GAVE CHASE TO THE SUSPECTS AFTER THEY DROVE
THROUGH A POLICE CONTROL AND WERE LATER DETAINED IN THE
NEARBY CITY OF SAINTES, CLOSE TO MARSEILLE, FRANCE.
THEY WERE DRIVING A CAR WITH FALSE LICENSE PLATES AND
HAD THEIR BABY WITH THEM. THEY WERE ALSO IN POSSESSION
O TWO AUTOMATIC PISTOLS, FALSE IDENTIFICATION CARDS, A
FALSE POLICE I.D. CARD AND OTHER DOCUMENTS BEARING
ETA'S ANAGRAM. SPANISH POLICE BELIEVE THE ARRESTED ARE
PART OF THE ETA'S LOGISTIC NETWORK. THEY BOTH HAVE
SEVERAL PENDING INDICTMENTS AT THE SPANISH NATIONAL
COURT FOR TERRORIST RELATED ISSUES.
