1. POST WISHES TO SUBMIT AND/OR UPDATE THE FOLLOWING
NAME AND INFORMATION TO CLASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH VIPER
PROCEDURES:

2. INFORMATION RECEIVED AT THIS POST INDICATES THAT
AS OF LATE JULY 2004, THE SEVENTH BODY FOUND IN THE
APARTMENT IN LEGANES, A SUBURB IN THE OUSKIRTS OF
MADRID, SPAIN, WHERE SIX OTHER 11 MARCH 2004 BOMBING
SUSPECTS COMMITTED SUICIDE ON 3 APRIL 2004, REMAINED
UNIDENTIFIED. SPANISH AUTHORITIES WERE CONSIDERING THE
POSSIBILITY THAT THE BODY MIGHT BE THAT OF ALGERIAN
NATIONAL ALLEKEMA LAMARI, DPOB: JULY 10, 1965, ALGERIA.
ALTHOUGH SOME OFFICIALS WERE DUBIOUS, LAMARI WAS
ARRESTED BY THE SPANISH NATIONAL POLICE IN APRIL 1997
AND SERVED A FIVE-YEAR JAIL TERM FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE
ALGERIAN ARMED ISLAMIC GROUP IN SPAIN, AS WELL AS FOR
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF WEAPONS AND POSSESSION OF
MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT USED TO FALSIFY DOCUMENTS.
