talking points on UN General Assembly Resolution 58/41
regarding improvement of the effectiveness of the methods of
work of the First Committee to Juan Manuel Gonzalez de
Linares, MFA Deputy Director General for UN Affairs, on
August 10. Gonzalez de Linares had no substantive comments.
