HLG MEETINGS AT RAMSTEIN

(U) MFA and TGS both confirmed to us Sept. 3 that TGS J5
LTGEN Aydogan Babaoglu will lead the Turkish delegation for
both the NATO Policy Directors and HLG meetings at Ramstein
Sept. 23-24. LTGEN Babaoglu will be accompanied by his aide
(a Turkish army major) and a diplomat (our contacts were not
sure who) from Turkey's NATO mission in Brussels.
