1. POST WISHES TO SUBMIT AND/OR UPDATE THE FOLLOWING
NAMES AND INFORMATION TO CLASS.

2. SPANISH DAILY "EL PAIS" OF SEP. 20, 2004 REPORTED
THAT FRENCH POLICE ARRESTED TWO SUSPECTED ETA
TERRORISTS IN A POLICE ROAD BLOCK IN MONTAUBAN, FRANCE.
THE INDIVIDUALS WERE ARMED AND DRIVING A STOLEN CAR
WITH FALSE LICENSE PLATES. DURING THE ARREST, THE
SUSPECTS ADMITTED TO BEING MEMBERS OF ETA AND ATTEMPTED
TO BURN A NOTE BOOK, THE CONTENTS OF WHICH ARE NOW
BEING ANALYZED BY POLICE. BOTH ARE WANTED IN SPAIN FOR
TERRORIST RELATED CRIMES.

- GENDER: MALE
- DPOB: SEP. 22, 1975, BASAURI, VIZCAYA, SPAIN
- CLASS: POSITIVE
- THE SPANISH NATIONAL COURT ISSUED TWO
INTERNATIONAL WARRANT OF ARREST FOR ZIGOR ORBE, FOR HIS
PARTICIPATION IN ETA TERRORIST ATTACKS IN SPAIN.

4. NAME: ESPARZA ORTEGA, JOSEBA

- GENDER: MALE
- DPOB: MAR. 22, 1979, PAMPLONA, NAVARRA, SPAIN
- CLASS: NEGATIVE
- ESPARZA HAS SEVERAL PENDING INDICTMENTS FOR STREET
VIOLENCE RELATED TO TERRORISM. HE WAS AN ACTIVE MEMBER
OF "JARRAI", A YOUTH BASQUE RADICAL ORGANIZATION LINKED
TO ETA'S NETWORK.
