1. POST WISHES TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING NAMES AND
INFORMATION TO CLASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH VIPER
PROCEDURES:

2. THE SPANISH DAILY NEWSPAPER "EL PAIS" ON SEPTEMBER
30, 2004, REPORTED THAT THE SPANISH NATIONAL POLICE
(SNP) ARRESTED FIVE SUSPECTED ETA MEMBERS IN VIZCAYA
AND LEON, SPAIN. THE ARRESTED ARE ALLEGEDLY MEMBERS OF
THE ORGANIZATION LOGISTICS NETWORK. THE RAIDS WERE
CONDUCTED AS A RESULT OF THE INVESTIGATION OF THE
DOCUMENTS SEIZED DURING THE ARREST OF IBON FERNANDEZ DE
IRADI, THE ALLEGED ETA LOGISTICS NETWORK LEADER, IN
2002. ACCORDING TO POLICE, THE FIVE DETAINED ARE PART
OF THE ORGANIZATION'S INFRASTRUCTURE THAT ASSISTED ETA
MEMBERS TO FLEE AND RE-ENTER SPAIN. DURING THE RAIDS
POLICE SEIZED DOCUMENTS, COMPUTER DISCS, DIARIES, NOTE
BOOKS, ETC, THE CONTENTS OF WHICH ARE NOW BEING
ANALYZED.

5. NAME: IBARRA URQUIJO, AMAIA

- GENDER: FEMALE
- DPOB: JUL. 7, 1976, BILBAO, VIZCAYA, SPAIN

8. PRESS REPORTS OF OCT. 3, 2004, INDICATE THAT DURING
FIRST COURT PROCEEDINGS, THE EXAMINING JUDGE ORDERED
THE UNCONDITIONAL IMPRISONMENT FOR ALL EXCEPT JOSE
MANUEL GOTI ARANGUREN, WHO WAS SUBSEQUENTLY RELEASED.
