1. POST WISHES TO SUBMIT AND/OR UPDATE THE FOLLOWING
NAMES AND INFORMATION IN CLASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH VIPER
PROCEDURES:

2. DAILY SPANISH PRESS "EL PAIS" OF DEC. 10, 2004
REPORTED THAT THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED
BY THE SPANISH POLICE ON DEC. 8, 2004, IN THE SPANISH-
FRENCH BORDER LOCATION OF IRUN, GUIPUZCOA, SPAIN.
POLICE INVESTIGATION OF MOBILE TELEPHONES AND SIM CARDS
USED BY THE PERPERTRATORS OF THE MARCH 11TH TERRORIST
ATTACKS REVEALED THAT THE ARRESTED ARE CLOSELY RELATED
TO AT LEAST FIVE OF THEM. DURING THE ARREST POLICE
SEIZED A LARGE VOLUME OF DOCUMENTATION WHICH IS BEING
ANALYZED. ACCORDING TO THE POLICE, THE ARRESTED ARE
ALSO SUSPECTED OF COLLECTING FUNDS FOR JIHAD AND OF
PROVIDING EXTREMISTS WITH FALSE IDENTIFICATION AND
OTHER DOCUMENTS.
