1. (U) This is an action request for human rights
verification required by the Leahy Amendment; see para. 2.

2. (U) JUSMAGTHAI has requested that the Embassy/State
Department complete human rights vetting for Gp. Capt.
Dejudom KONGSRI, RTAF Institute of Higher Education, Air
Education and Training Command, who has been selected to
attend the following courses listed below. Embassy Bangkok
possesses no credible information of gross violations of
human rights by this individual. Embassy Bangkok Political
Counselor, Robert J. Clarke, is the verifying officer for the
Embassy/Department of State.

WCN 1220, Specialized English Language Course, Defense
Language Institute at Lackland, AFB, TX from March 23 - May
27, 2005.

WCN 1220A, Int'l Off. School, Maxwell AFB, AL from June 1 -
July 15, 2005.

WCN 1220B, Air War College, Maxwell AFB, AL from July 25,
2005 - May 30, 2006.
