SMALL SCALE FACILITY ARRANGEMENT

Reftel points were delivered to MFA office of
Nonproliferation on March 1. On March 7, poloff spoke with
Etienne Sur, the MFA Chemical Weapons Convention Desk
Officer, who said that he transmitted the information to the
Federation for Unique Small Scale Facilities in France. He
said that the Federation appreciated the comments and
suggestions contained in reftel points and is currently
taking them into consideration. He said that they will
provide feedback through appropriate channels when finished.
