1. Post wishes to nominate PA Ottawa IRC Director Kyle
Malone to attend the IRC Directors Conference for Caribbean,
Central America, Canada and Venezuela from 05/16/2005
through 05/20/2005.

2. Ms. Malone will be arriving Continental 1950 at 1250
hours on May 16, 2005 and departing on May 20 at 1405 hours,
Continental 1951.

3. Ms. Malone manages Mission Canada's reference services,
electronic outreach, websites, and special outreach projects
to information professionals and targeted audiences. She
can offer Conference participants views on Mission Canada's
use of Goldmine contact management software to advance
electronic outreach effectiveness and reporting; Mission
Canada website design, coordination and marketing
experience; and recent initiatives to communicate with
audiences in remote areas (Canada's far north) through
Virtual Presence Post websites, web-based online dialogue,
and other program tools.
