NAMES AND INFORMATION IN CLASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH VIPER
PROCEDURES:

2. DAILY SPANISH PRESS OF APR. 22, 2005 REPORTED THAT
THE CANADIAN SUPREME COURT DENIED THE LAST APPEAL
BEFORE THE EXTRADITION TO SPAIN OF THE TWO SUSPECTED
ETA ACTIVISTS REFERENCE BELOW. IN SEPTEMBER 2003,
CANADIAN AUTHORITIES AGREED TO THE EXTRADITION TO SPAIN
OF THE TWO SUSPECTS, WHO HAD APPEALED ON SEVERAL
OCCASIONS. IN SPAIN, THE ARRESTED WERE TRIED AND
SENTENCED IN ABSENTIA TO SIX AND SEVEN YEARS
IMPRISONMENT, RESPECTIVELY, FOR TERRORIST RELATED
CRIMES.
