1. On 26 May 2005, DTRO-A received the START Quarterly Cost
List for the period of 1 January to 31 March 2005 from
Lieutenant Colonel A. Aubakirov of the Ministry of Defense
Arms Reduction Control and Inspection Activities Support
Center.

Provided by the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Period
1 January through 31 March 2005

A summary list containing all categories of goods and
services provided by the Republic of Kazakhstan and the
estimated overall cost of the goods and services provided in
each category, is as follows:

A. Inspections pursuant to paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9,
and 10 of Article XI of the START-1 Treaty:

1. Fuel for inspection aircraft: None
2. Servicing of inspection aircraft: None
3. Meals and lodging at the P.O.E.: None
4. Transportation of inspectors and equipment: None
5. Emergency medical assistance: None

Detailed lists, by category, of goods and services for the
period 1 January through 31 March 2005, are provided in the
enclosures.
