On 5/11, PolOff delivered reftel talking points to MFA Acting
International Organizations Director Luis Benitez. Benitez
told PolOff that he would share the information with MFA
Multilateral Affairs Director General Mario Sandoval, and
that he would suggest to Sandoval that the GOP consider
making a public statement recognizing the Iraq transitional
