1. POST WISHES TO SUBMIT AND/OR UPDATE THE FOLLOWING
NAMES AND INFORMATION IN CLASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH VIPER
PROCEDURES:

2. DAILY SPANISH PRESS REPORTED ON MAY 12, 2005, THAT
THE SPANISH POLICE ARRESTED TWO ALLEGED MEMBERS OF
ETA'S FINANCIAL NETWORK. THE DETAINEES HAD MADE
TRANSACTIONS AMOUNTING TO 50 THOUSAND DOLLARS TO ETA
ACTIVISTS, FELIX MANZANOS MARTINEZ AND ENRIQUE IZTUETA
BARANDICA RESIDING IN CAPE VERDE. ACCORDING TO POLICE,
THE TRANSACTIONS WERE MADE AS PART OF ETA'S ECONOMIC
SUPPORT TO TERRORIST MEMBERS RESIDING IN CAPE VERDE AND
VENEZUELA. DURING THE ARREST THE POLICE ALSO SEIZED
DIVERSE DOCUMENTATION AND COMPUTER DISCS, WHICH ARE
BEING ANALYZED.
