1. (SBU) On May 20, Emboff e-mailed List 71 to the
Director of Legal Issues for the Bank of Mozambique, the
Director of the Mozambican Banking Association, the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs official responsible for
United Nations and security issues, and the Attorney
General's office. As of May 24, officials from the Bank
of Mozambique and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have
confirmed receipt of the list.
