1. LabOff conveyed reftel talking points on Cuban candidacy
for the ILO Governing Body to Dr. Solimar Herrera,
International Affairs Coordinator at the Ministry of Labor,
on May 26. Dr. Herrera promised to review our points on
supporting the candidacy of Barbados, and will travel to
Geneva on May 27 with Minister of Labor Galo Chiriboga for
the ILO's International Labor Conference.
