Chantavarin, Counselor in the Social Division, Department of
International Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Ambassador delivered Ref B talking points to Deputy Prime
Minister Surakiart Sathirathai. Surakiart told the
Ambassador that he appreciated the points because he was
meeting with senior UN representatives soon and that he
generally agreed with the U.S. positions.
