Following consultations by the Federal Aviation Authority
(FAA) with the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation (MCA) on
March 20 and April 14, 2005, the MCA requests that the FAA
perform a Technical Review (TR) of MCA's aviation safety
oversight capabilities.
