(SBU) Post notified GOCR of their $6 million allocation under
the Solidarity Fund via letter from Ambassador to DefMin
Kuehnl. We also discussed with Security Policy Directors at
MOD and MFA, stressing need for list of projects. MOD staff
promised to provide embassy with a list on 8 July. They
expect that the final list will not significantly differ from
the notional list reflected in reftel.
