Croatia's Codex focal point is unavailable to
respond to reftel demarche. However, contacts at
the Ministry of Agriculture indicated that Croatia
is unlikely to send a representative to the Codex Ad
Hoc Intergovernmental Task Force on Foods Derived
from Biotechnology in Japan September 19-23, 2005.
Post will report any substantive developments.
