(SBU) Foreign Affairs Canada has notified us that GOC
agencies would like to convey their information on Yasin
al-Qadi through their usual, non-diplomatic channels and
provided GOC points of contact which we have shared within
the embassy. We request the name of the State action officer
so we can coordinate inter-agency transmittal of the
information.
