1. During a September 21 meeting with Deputy Foreign
Minister Mohiedeen Al-Dhabi, Ambassador raised reftel points
on supporting the October 1-3 Democracy Assistance Dialogue
(DAD) conference in Rabat. Dhabi informed Ambassador that he
would represent the ROYG at the conference.
