1. (U) This is an action request for human rights
verification required by the Leahy Amendment; see para. 2.

2. (U) BANGKOK RSO has requested that the Embassy/State
Department complete human rights vetting for the following
individuals, who have been selected to attend ATA 5432, VIP
Protection Course, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from November
28th - December 16th, 2005:
