On November 29 poloff discussed reftel message with Faruque
Faquira, Head of Department, Directorate for International
Organizations and Conferences, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Faquira stated he was pleased to learn that the Magen David
Adom (MDA) and the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS)
agreed to initial a Memorandum of Understanding. He provided
no further substantative comment.
