1. (U) This is an action request for human rights
verification required by the Leahy Amendment; see Para. 2.
2. (U) JUSMAG THAI has requested that the Embassy/State
Department complete human rights vetting request for Maj.
Warisara JAIPIAM, Civil Affairs School, who has been selected
to attend the WCN 6189, Psychological Operations Officer
Civil Affairs Qualification Course at Ft. Bragg, NC from 27
Dec - 30 June 2006. Embassy Bangkok possesses no credible
information of gross violations of human rights by this
person. Embassy Bangkok Political/Military Officer, Mark B.
Lambert, is the verifying officer for the Embassy/Department
of State.
