1. Post requests Department's assistance in screening the
following two candidates of the Kenyan Army, nominated to
participate in a Next Generation African Military Leaders
Course to be held July 10 to August 4, 2006 in Washington,
D.C., pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act.
Post has reviewed its files and has found no credible
information of gross violations of human rights for the
individuals listed in paragraph 2.
