-- Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu has no plans to
attend.


C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister.

-- Razvan-Mihai Ungureanu, Minister of Foreign Affairs

-- Arrives in New York Septeber 18 and departs on September
21. No plans to visit other cities. The
Foreign Minister will be present for the General Debate.

-- The spouse of the Foreign Minister
will not travel to New York.
