THIS IS AN ACTION CABLE. PLEASE SEE PARA. 1, AND 4.

1. Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Regional Advisor, Alan Dwyer to travel to Bujumbura,
Burundi during the period o/a July 23-28, 2006.

2. The purpose of travel is to visit and review OFDA
programs.

3. Travel details for Dwyer are as follows:

07/23/06 Nbo/Bjm KQ 470 0730/0810
07/28/06 Bjm/Nbo KQ 474 1225/1620

4. Mission in Bujumbura is requested to arrange for
hotel accommodation and airport pick up. Dwyer has a
diplomatic passport and secret clearance.
