1. USAID/EA requests country clearance for Mr. Stephen
Kairu, RFMC Deputy Chief Accountant, to travel to
Kigali, Rwanda from o/a July 30, 2006 to o/a August 5,
2006 to provide financial management services to client
mission. Mr. Kairu holds an FSN-type security
clearance.

2. His flight schedule is as follows:

KQ 1107 05 Aug KGL/NBO 1400 1620

3. USAID/EA requests logistical support to include
hotel reservations and airport pick-up.
