(SBU) Finmeccanica's Head of Public and Institutional
Relations, Camillo Pirozzi, informed us July 14 of
Finmeccanica's decision not/not to pursue the sale of naval
guns to the Venezuelan navy, reported reftels. The guns were
to have been installed on patrol boats being manufactured by
Navantia, a Spanish company.
